anyways... i took the privilege of changing menu items and one of the things i came up with was a piece of key lime cheesecake garnished with whipped cream and candied citrus peels... yum! i really want some of that now. i don't know how to make key lime cheesecake, but here is a recipe for candied citrus peels

you should post pictures of the stuff you've done for asado!
i will once it is finished. we are going to stain some wood dark brown for the back and cover and get the logo engraved into it
